Delete your PetPass account

PetPass is operated by Brown Pig LLC, Wyoming, USA. You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app.

Sign in on the web to delete your account here. You will be asked to confirm your email address. Export important pet records first. Acceptance of updated terms is not required for deletion.

If you cannot sign in, email support@chimaura.com with the subject “PetPass account deletion request” and your account email. We will verify your identity before processing the request. Do not send your password.

Deletion removes your account and related database records. Uploaded image files, payment-provider records, backups, and copies shared with other people may persist separately. Include a request to remove uploaded images if applicable. Certain transaction records may be retained to meet legal obligations.

For help stopping any recurring care payments or resolving an outstanding booking before deletion, contact the same support address.
